Question: Is Acting just Over confidence!?
Meryl streep, julia roberts, judy dench and others are great actors, but ive noticed alot of hollywood or non hollywood actors seem to play the same character in every film, and its usually the ones that have big personalities, without naming names it seems if you have a Great confidence in yourself, and not afraid of expressing or being in front of a camera, then you can just walk on stage and act, does anyone else notice actors just playing themselves with a funny hat on, the ones that can't do accents are a great giveaway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think - over confidence - would apply more to the politicians!. Actors just act confident!. Many actors are insecure people!.
Actors take themselves to different "places" depending on what kind of training they have or have not received!. One thought is - how would "I" act in this situation - and then the actors play themselves!. Another school stresses on "taking on character" - then the actor tries to act like how they think someone else might act!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think acting is just over confidence, there is a lot of things going on, like having over confidence can be bad acting, To act you have to go to school, practice to remember lines, It is like working two jobs one for food an a roof over your head, and the other job is preparing your self with tutors, school, going to cast calls!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
