hot pink and black stars, and cd's galore! but lots of black and pink! and I know at my sweet 16 it was kind of like what you want! I bought blank CD's and burned songs on them for everyone as the party favors! I had songs such as

umm rent an electric guitar and hang it up!.!.!. write stuff allover with eyeliner!. cover the sodas in black paper and get a hot pink metallic marker and draw stars all over the sodas!.!.!. decorate the d!.j booth, give out those spikey bracelets!. cover the floor with black confetti!.!.!.
