Scale Help???!

Hi! I am supose to memorize 13 scales for my music exams!. I play the clarinet, and I know, if for example it's the D Major Scale, I'll have to start on E!. But!.!.!.there is a major and harmonic minor for all the scales, and I get confused with the number of sharps and flat!. Does anyone have a trick of how I can tell the amount of sharps or flats!?
