Can non-English or non-American songs be included in American charts?!

Question: Can non-English or non-American songs be included in American charts!?
Hi,
I wanted to ask if non-English songs from other languages like Spanish, French or Arabic have ever been included in English charts like Billboard Hot 100 or Billboard 200 or other English charts like UK singles chart!?
I know that some songs in other languages have often become international hits but have they ever topped or been included in the mentioned charts!?
ThanksWww@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Yes!. Over the years many songs recorded in languages other than English have hit the American charts in a big way!. As the previous post mentioned, the late, great, Falco was one of many!. Nena's "99 Luftballons" was another recent entry that made a big splash!. One of the biggest US chart toppers, was a song called "Dominique"!. This song was recorded by a Dominican nun, from Belgium, named Sister Jeanine Deckers, She was billed as the "Singing Nun", or "Soeur Sourire"!. "Dominique" reached number 1 in 1964!. She also re-recorded a "dance track" version of her hit song, in 1982!.

It's also worth noting that both Falco and Nena released English versions of their hits!. But it was the non-English versions that charted highest in the US charts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
