Peel it off! Im pretty sure that's just there to protect it until its bought!.!.!. like how cell phones have plastic covering the screen right when you buy it!. It's just protecting the pick guard from scratches!. I've had quite a few guitars, and peeled that junk off as soon as I took them home!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
the white part is called a pickguard!.!.
and you can go ahead and peel it off!. don't worry about it getting dirty, just take a damp wash cloth and wipe it off!. or go to your local music store and buy the special cleaner!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You can go ahead and peel it off!. It's just a protective plastic they put on there so it won't get scratched!. By the way, that piece or the white part is called a pickguard!. Have fun, you've got a nice guitar there!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
