The girl and her family vehemently denied everything and didn't want to testify!. The evidence was inconclusive because the man on the tape could not difinitively be proven to be r kelly!. The jury couldn't prove without a reasonable doubt that he was the man in the tape!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Simple!.The Defense was able to prove it wasn't him in the video, thanks to a mole on his back!. Plus the alleged minor in the video never testified!.
