well you aren't even supposed to have one until you are 14 sooo try to comrpomise with your mom if you really want one!.!.!.i don't have one and don't plan on it but if you really want one!.!.!.just talk to your mom !.!.!.you could get one at 14 1/2, which is between 13 and 16!.!.!.see what she says!.!.!.
