Question: Please help with this situation, what is your opinion (photos included)!?
I received an email from the casting director of Elite Model Management asking me about my age and other infos, in reply to some photos i sent!.

Last week i spoke for a few days with a top agency in the UK the scouting director loved my look and BUT the owner in the end thought i was too old to start a modeling career I said i was 21!. I REALLY AM 26, It was really deflating because they had asked me to go to the embassy to check about the visas (I am from the caribbean) and the woman seemed enthusiastic bout my look
So now Elite Model in NYC is asking me for my age, should i lie about it and say i am 19-20 or tell the truth, i fear it might be an obstacle!. really dont know what to do!. I don't want to be dishonest but i want this BAD!
so, by the way, what do you think of the photos as i am sending them to other agencies

Be completely honest! It's the best policy!
The agency will probably ask for your Birth certificate, drivers license or some other proof of age!
If the agency thinks you have the makings of a model,It doesn't matter what age you are!

wow ur 26!? You look about 22, 23, plus you are very gorgeous and im sure you could make a career in this buissness!.!.As for if u should tell the truth or not, you need to think, is it worth the risk if someone finds out you lied!?

gain some weight sweetheart, you look like a skeleton!.
