You have to get yourself a theatrical agent to
represent you!.
He/she would know how to contact the Disney Studios, when
they hold their auditions, etc!.
Look in the yellow pages phone book under theatrical agents!.
Movie studios, will not even look at you if you don't have a agent
to represent you!.
also, since you are 13 years old you are considered a minor and
you will need your parents permission on this!. They have to
also sign legal document, contracts, etc!.
