Question: What should i say to someone who tells me i suck when I play fast on guitar!?
I was palying around just going around fast in a G major scale and my friend starts telling me that fast stuff is pointless and has no musical sense and that chord stuff is just as hard!.!.he started saying i couldn't play songs like him!.!.(he was playing blackbird by the beatles)!.!.then i learned it in less than 5 minutes!.!.!.then i told him its not that slow isnt fine or fun its just that playing slower songs doesnt challenge me!.!.!.then he started teling me that guys like dave matthews are great guitarists!.!.!.when they're not!.!.!.dont get me wrong dave matthews is an awesome musician just not an awesome guitarist!.!.is there anything more i can say to a person like this to make them understand that they're just angry cuz they cant play like us!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Just ignore him, the idiots that try and tell you that because you're different from what they do just don't have skills of their own!. For that matter, you should be playing guitar because you enjoy it, tell him that!. If he says you still suck, well tell him to suck it!.
