Answers:
Pizzas and Hot Pockets are too full of fat and salt!. How about an easy pan full of boiled chicken legs with rice!? Wash chicken legs and put in a big pan, and cover with water!. While bringing to a boil, skim off the top!. Salt and pepper!. Boil 45 minutes, or until fork tender!. Remove chicken!. In the chicken broth that is left, put a cup of rice, chopped medium onion, 2 chopped fresh garlic, and about four small chopped potatoes!. Then add some frozen English peas!. Cook until the water is gone, around 20 minutes for white rice!. Brown rice is better for you!. Cook it for like fifty minutes!. This is so good and cheap!. It lasts for at least two days!. And, I love it with hot sauce!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Cheap, fast does not necessarly mean healthy!. Do you really want to compromise your health for fast and cheap!? When your sick and cannot recover as quick because you have not been eating the proper vitamins/minerals or have decent concentration, is it worth it!.
Any thing that is planted and grows!. Vegetables, fruits, dairy, Smoothies with protein powder added (you need a blender for that)!. You can create your own stir frys!. Not only if you take the time to cook for yourself, you will develope new ways to add on to what you know, rather than becoming a microwave junkie!. Get a cook book for healthy dining and on the weekends spend a few hours makeing a big batch of foods you like, portion them and freeze them for on the go times!. Compliment them with salats or have a salat as a meal in itself!. A healthy body would = a healthy mind!. So you will do fine!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm not really big on cooking, but I recently realized that frying hamburger meat is cheap, easy, fast and you can add almost anything to it to make a meal!. My favorite thing to do is to make a "tator-tot casserole"!. It's tator tots, cream of mushroom (2 cans) and cooked ground beef with cheese sprinkled on top and cooked for about 45 minutes!. My boyfriend loves it!. I've got him thinking that I'm actually domestic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
