Question: What kind of footwear is appropriate for a concert!?

I'd say no flip-flops!. Wear something that you can't lose in a crowd, and that will not leave your feet vulnerable to sharp objects on the ground!.
Hard-toe combat boots are my personal preference, but that's more because of the belligerence that usually occurs at the concerts I go to!.
If you wanna wear something more comfortable for summer though (i!.e!. lightweight and more breathable), I'd say go with sneakers!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

probably flats or sneakers!. but you could try flip flops they should be fine!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
