You should totally dress up as Cho from Harry Potter, and when someone asks you why you are dressed like that, say "What!? Isn't this the Harry Potter Book 7 release!?"!. Yet the Hogwarts cloak and a scarf!.
If you are a crazy fun kinda of person, you should do it!.
