Well first you have to use your own pokemon to hurt it or if your at a really high level likeat 50 you can just catch a level 5 pokemon easily without hurting it with just a pokeball, it also helps to use ultraballs and stuff like that!. It is also a good idea to sometimes use attacks that make it fall asleep or confuse it or maybe freezing it will help or i guess binding it could also help!. I guess the best way to catch a pokemon is to use a pokemon that is moderatly at the same level that you trying to catch or if its a legendary you might want stronger or weaker and if its low level pokemon you might want a really strong pokemon just to make it easier, u should also make sure to stock up on a variety of different types of pokeballs and if you need to use attacks that make it fall asleep and stuff!. well!.!.!.!. i hope i helped!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
