No!. Even though the winners were clearly suckish and pathetic disney stars, thats who most people look up to and probably voted for!. Most people actually like miley cyrus, strange as it seams!. It isnt a fix, its TEEN choice awards and most TEENS like the winners!. I mean, arent all of the Hannah Montana concerts always sold out!? So no, your not right but you have a point!. The winners dont deserve those titles!.
