Cingular and AT&T are the same company and it's $20 a month with a contract!. I'm not sure what the rate is for their prepaid phones but what I remember from my GO phone was that it was the sames as when their traditional phones!. If you have it in your area you should check out MetroPCS!. It's like $45 a month for unlimited everything!. Only catch is that you can't use it outside of certain areas!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
