Question: What is wrong with youtube for 10 pts
is my computer working slow or youtube!. Everytime i get on to watch something it takes for ever to load and loads between every 8 to 9 seconds!. Please tell me what could be the problem!.
Are the videos on cnn!.com working properly on my computer they are not working at all

Usually its bandwidth problems, the video your watching decides its better to not load properly, Internet Explorer and its stupid plug-ins/settings sometimes cause it, or if your downloading other stuff!.
But its usually internet explorer to be honest!.
Like the guy above me said above me try Opera or Firefox if your using internet explorer or clear all the cookies and stuff!.
Otherwise, stop all other downloads and complain to your internet service provider to up their bandwidth allocation coz depending where you are in the world, the bandwidth some companies allow you is pretty pathetic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I had the same problem for a while!. It might be the browsers fault!. I used internet explorer for youtube but the videos were so slow so one day I used a browser called Opera and youtube was so much faster!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
