Answers:
if shift was stuck then" ," would be "<" which is not the case with caps lock!.
Quick access to sticky keys function is to push shift 5 times quickly!.
Did you consider that something may be lodging one of your shift keys!?
Like an actually "sticky" button!?
kinda ironic really!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

To shut off sticky keys by default you just have to press two keys at the same time (like shift and ctrl!.) But it doesn't sound like that is the issue, because the way it works is that if you want to make a capital letter, you hit shift and then the letter!. It then reverts back to lower case!. Are you sure your caps lock key isn't pressed!?!?

In other words, with sticky keys on, to type "Sticky Keys" I would type "shift s t i c k y space shift k e y s" If you're getting STICKY KEYS from just typing, it looks to me like your caps lock is just on!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Press shift either 2 times quickly or 5 times quickly!.!.!.It should turn it off!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
