Anyways, YES, you can only get one a week!. That's how long it takes to do that!.
Considering that there are not too many in yard sales speaks for itself!. It's extremely hard to find a black belt or gray belt certificate in yard sales considering that it takes 1 week to achieve one certificate!. So not many people would go through many weeks just to achieve a Black belt or gray belt certificate to put in a yard sale!. It's a difficult task!. Thus, making them rare!.
So if you want a black belt or gray belt, you need to work hard at these tasks!. You won't find any in yard sales!. You need to earn them!.
