No point in that, you may find what we tell you interesting, have a nice warm bath, no dont fall asleep in the bath, then climb into a nice warm bed and dream happy dreams, I'm also a sleepless victim, but warm bathes are great, but you have to be careful not to fall asleep in it, dont want you drowning, make sure someone checks up on you and use one of those floating neck cushion things that keeps your head above the water, lavender sprayed on your pillowslip also helps, or you could go the naturopath way, they have a capsule called valerian, that helps, its a natural alternative for a sleeping tablet, hope some or all of this helps, goodluck and take care! :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
