If you want to pay like $20 a month what you can do is add yourself to someone else's plan and it only cost like $10 to add additional lines to the existing account!. Pay as you go is when you buy a certain amount of minutes a month or whatever and you have a limit that you cannot exceed like 300 minutes a month at $20 a month and after minutes are used within the month than you have to buy additional minutes!. Most offer a base price of about $39!.99 a month, but by the time they get done with all the extra fees, it's more like $50 or higher!.

You can buy phones ranging from $15 to $150, then air cards to get time that range from $15 a card, giving you about 30 min talk time, or bigger ones that can cost quite a bit more!. It depends how much you use your phone!. You can get an AT&T pay as you go phone where the minimum would be less than that if you don't use your phone very much!. Virgin Mobile is another company that has such phones!. You can pay as little as $7/month with Virgin mobile ($20 top up every 3 months), but it costs 25 cents per minute for the first 10 minutes you use it in a day (10 cents per minute thereafter)Www@Enter-QA@Com

You could probably do a "pay-as-you-go" phone!. But that's as cheap as you're gonna get when it comes to all of those phone companies!.
