You purchase a Pay-as-you-Go cell phone, then buy a minutes card!. They are kind of like gift cards, and once you buy them they are active!. You type the pin code from the receipt into your phone, and it puts money on your account!. When you make calls and send text messages, it tells you how much $$ has been deducted from your balance!. You keep going until you need more minutes at which time you buy another recharge card at most retailers such as Walgreens, Walmart, Target, CVS, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
