Well if the relationship is not the greatest its obviously not the worst either!. If i were a multimillionaire what is a couple hundred thousand anyway!? I don't think that i would care about my name or hers for that matter I think I would help her because I love her as mad as she makes me!. and it would also depend on what she was getting sued for as well!. I would cough up the money, especially if I were a multimillionaire or probably a billionaire, (if we're thinking about the same person)!. I've already been through this same situation, on a much smaller scale, but all other details, remaining the same, I did help my mom, who wasn't very supportive of me for the most part, whenever she got into any kind of jam!. Depends on why she's being sued!. BTW for 155000 I can hire a lot of private detectives not to mention other assorted muscle if its a put up job!. Other possibilities occur quickly!. Could even hire a team of good lawyers!.
