ok, i have no official answer, but i was fighting with someone else on whose video was better, and one day i checked the video we were commenting on, all my comments were deleted from their video, and if i clicked post comment, nothing happened!. also, i sent them a private message, but never received a reply!.
i might have been blocked, in which case, those are the "symptoms"
