Question: I can't remember the name of the anime, but it's about samarui and/or ninjas from two different clans!. !?
the leader of the one clan can kill people just by them looking into his eyes and there is a blind swordsmen and a girl from the other clan who can stop anyones technique just by them looking into their eyes!.
