As in, right now!.
OK, you've made it this far, here it is: You need to have an additional pair of pants filled with paper!. the shoe will be taped to your own!. You have a stool behind you!. You step on to the stool with your free foot (the leg that is being 'replaced' with the paper one) and pull yourself up, balancing on that one foot!.
I, for one, am not entirely sure how you can get away with it in public!.!.!. but you might be able to fit it into a routine, if you plan things right!.
