It may not be to your taste, but you may want to check out a song called "Walking On Air" by Kerli!. It is on the pop side, but has a good beat and a creepy vibe that would be appropriate for a Halloween dance party!.It is on her "Love is Dead" album from Island Def Jam!.
You may also like Marilyn Manson's cover of "Sweet Dreams"!. Though cliche, Michael Jackson's "Thriller" is pretty standard!. "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell is Motown Halloween classic!. I would also look to modern remixes of classicly creepy songs!. I have heard a couple of really good ones including remixes of "Tubular Bells" and "A Night On Bald Mountain"!.
