That is a good question!. Because I was the original producer back in the early 60's who produce both of the movies!.
Star Trek got away with contamination lack of screening security freaks and odd ball began to show up on the ship and in the movie the Enterprise went to hell with the diversity and so when one views Star Trek and sees All the scar freaks on that is what cause its death!.
On the other side I had MGM do a re shoot over the Star Wars every one was piss off to see all the Mormons the scene giving mormon hand signal and it was not originally intended but they came out with freak costumes to display the Mormons MGM being mostly atheist!.
Now days I can not stand the distinct penetrating aura of the mormons dominating the pirate film Star Wars it is tripe!.
So I would in this case say Star Wars!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say Star Trek fans for a few reasons!. Anyone who enjoys dressing up regularly in Farengi (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) or Romulin garb or has enough free time to memorize the Klingon language can't be normal!. I enjoy Star Trek and Star Wars on occasion , being a bit of a closet nerd myself, but I think Trek Fans take it that extra step!. Most Star Wars fans are fairly normal when not exclaiming how awesome Star Wars is; however the Trek fans take things to a whole other level of Nerdom!. I give the award for most annoying fans to the Star Trek fans, definitely!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I submit that Star Wars fans are worse!. Unless you are in a Trek fan meet, you will almost never hear a Trekkie discus the series!. On the other hand, i cannot say how many times I hear people going crazy, arguing, and, yes, even fist fighting about things Star Wars related!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
