When there is nothing the same between the two books whatsoever!.

Both series of books are aimed at young people and have to do with the supernatural!.
also, they have both done well in sales!.

It's not compared to Harry Potter because of what the story's about!. It's compared to Twilight because people believe that it will sell as well as Harry Potter, and that it's the next book series that could be as big as a hit as the Harry Potter series!.

1!. It's compared to HP because they're both popular fantasy series for the young adult audience!. And because people tend to get obsessed with both of them!.

Liz's answer is right on target!. I would add that the comparison isn't that accurate since I know many adults (myself included) that read and enjoyed Harry Potter, but not one that has read any of the Twilight series!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
