Question: I need help in music intervals!!?
can someone explain to me how i would know what to label my notes, like sharp, flat, neutral, etc!. :) or show me a website :)

-a sharp raises the note 1 half step
ex!. C#
-a flat lowers the note 1 half step
ex!.Eb
-a natural means the note is the note (not higher or lower)
ex!. C
-a 'major' means the 2 notes are in the same key
ex!. Major 3rd (C -->E)
-minor means the top note is 1 half step lower than the note in the chord!.
ex!. minor 3rd (C --> Eb)
-diminished means the top note is 1 whole step lower than the note in the chord
ex!. diminished 3rd (C -->Ebb)
-augmented means the top note is 1 half step higher than the note in the chord!.
ex!. augmented 3rd (C --> E#)
-perfect applies only to a 4th,5th,(and also unison, and 8ve but you dont really say "perfect unison") when they are in the key
ex!. perfect 4th (C -->F)
