Ghost stories for 10-12 year old kids. ?!

Since the 31st is tomorrow, I would like to know some ghost stories to tell my younger brother since we are not going trick-or-treating and no one comes to our house!. They can be books, websites, anything!. Make sure they aren't to scary though, because I don't want to freak him out or anything, just something to get into the holiday spirit with!.
