Stupid question about dates?!
Question: Stupid question about dates!?
Okay I just need some justification
If my college application (that I am doing online) says SUBMIT BY NOVEMBER 3,
then can I turn it in on the 3rd or do i have to before the 3rd!.!.!.!.
so the last day I can turn it in is Nov!. 2nd or 3rd!?!?!?
well cuz it says BY the 3rd so does that imply before or onWww@Enter-QA@Com

First, my answer is that it needs to be turned in ON or before the 3rd!. That gives you until Monday!.!.!.!.so hustle!
