Yes!. Marijuana is necessary for patients with certain ailments!. This will not make it legal for people that do not need it just like taking vicodin, demorrhal, or darvocet, etc!.!. is illegal without a script!. I think a lot of uninformed people are using this as a strategy to take Barack down and it's sad!. I don't think you are doing that but a lot of people are :)

I think that he is much more interested in the economy, health care, and international relations to give any time/thought to the decriminalization of marijuana!.
