I want to learn to play the guitar!. Which sites is the best for learning, and with what chords should I start!?

Get a song book for beginners and learn the chords for a song you like, or are familiar with!. Play that song for practice and get used to the chords!.
also get a chord book and then learn all of the chords from A to G in both major and minor!.
Your interests should take you from there!.
If you have trouble switching from one chord to another, try this: At first just concentrate on getting one finger into position from one chord to the next!. Do that over and over until you can get one finger into position, and then try for two fingers in position, and so on!.
also try to get a Medium-Quality guitar to start on; cheap guitars are sometimes hard to "finger" because of the style of neck!.
EDIT: Get a "pitch-pipe" or a Tuner to get your guitar in tune!.
There aren't too many websites with songs and music anymore because of intellectual property rights lawsuits!.
Public Libraries are a good place to find songbooks!. Look in Non-Fiction around 782 to 786!.
Popular songs from the 1950's usually used three chords, so you may want to try something from that era to get started; also, Folk Songs and Traditional Country songs!.
