I'm 22 now, but for my 14th I was in the same situation as you!. What I did was went to a fun restaurant, of my choosing with 5 of my close girlfriends then to a movie, and then they stayed over night!.
I would ask your friends to pay their own way at dinner and the movie, because, hey you're the bday girl you shouldn't have to pay, if anything they should pay for you!.
Most important thing is that you have fun!. I wouldn't worry about the cost too much, just have a good time :)

A Girls night/day could be really fun!. Give eachother facials with crazy stuff like oatmeal, use the old fashioned conditioner!.!.!.!.called eggs!.!.!.put eachothers make-up on, try on each others clothes - shoot put moms clothes on, play music, call the radio stations and just be who you are!.!.!.!. Have fun girlie!.!.!.!.use stuff you already have in your home or go to the mall try on perfume, make up testers and dont forget to try on lots of shoes and clothes!.!.!.!.!.even at 14 its still fun to pretend!Www@Enter-QA@Com

just move ur furniture out of the biggest area in the house
then get a stereo, and make a playlist with tons of songs
u can make one of ur friends the DJ
