From what is written, the air signs, Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, rank very high up there with intelligence. Does this apply to moon signs as well? As the sun in your individuality, but the moon is your reactions, would the moon be a stronger indicator? What part of a person's chart determines how they think? Mercury?
