Answers:

Someone already mentioned that guys in general are like this. Although there are definitely some exceptions, I tend to agree with that point. I am a Pisces male, and I am considered very emotional (this isn't always a good thing lol) by those who are close to me. If I am in a situation where it seems difficult for me to "show emotion" to a female, it's probably one of these reasons: I don't know her very well, and could possibly be afraid of what she thinks of me; I don't want to know her well (or her to know me well), so I don't "open up," - usually this would not be the case in a close relationship; or I simply don't like her or have unresolved issues with her that have festered inside of me for too long, in which case I am too angry or frustrated to "open myself up again" to more pain, humiliation, hurt, anger, etc. If you read up on Pisces, you'll see that this is VERY accurate. If I get hurt once - just ONCE - I'll want to "escape" from that feeling and avoid it in the future at all costs, and that means bottling up my innermost thoughts, feelings, etc, so that I am no longer vulnerable. Unfortunately for me, and other Pisces, I'm willing to bet, I tend to wander back out and find myself right back in the situation that I swore I'd never be in again. If I am in what I consider to be a "hostile" environment, or rather, one that is "conducive" to me getting hurt, I'll simply get away from it and/or bottle myself up. This happens even if I've been in a relationship for years.

Sorry. . .it's just the way I am! I'm over-sensitive, okay!??

Hope this helps. : )
