I'm a Gemini mom, with a Pisces son...?!

Question:

I'm a Gemini mom, with a Pisces son...?

He's 12y/o. Why does he drive me crazy? Is it hormones or do we just clash? I love him but sometimes I think he may be from another planet!! LOL!! What's the best way to parent him?

Answers:

Being at square angles (90 degrees) to one another is always a somewhat difficult aspect.

You are intellectual, he is a dreamer. I raised a Pisces child.

Much depends upon his (and your) moon sign (how you react emotionally), mercury sign (the thinking process), venus sign (what you appreciate) etc.

I suggest you go to www.astro.com and do a complete chart work up on the two of you to find mutual ground. It's free.

A lot of times you can find common ground by taping into his artistic side. Go to the hobby store and buy a sketch pad for him, then encourage him when he shows you his drawings.

Or take a saturday afternoon and go to a go kart track where they rent carts. It will let him see your fun loving gemini nature.

My pisces is a music lover, as many pisces are. I took him to every concert and every festival within driving distance. We listened to all kinds of music, from 1960's to current. Today, as an adult, he has a very diversified taste for music, and we still talk about the concerts we attended and the fun we had.

I could never make my pisces do anything, he had to be cajoled into doing what I wanted him to do. Likewise, punishment was wasted.

This is a difficult age, but it you can't get your relationship back together now, then it will be much harder down the road, and you won't have him back until he's in his 20's.

So do check out your charts together, it will give you insight. There are a number of interactive and chart comparisons you can do. Examining your strong and weak points as a duo should shed light on the situation.
