What do you think of these sun/moon/venus signs?
My sun sign is Leo and Im dating a Capricorn man with moon in Leo.
My moon is in Cancer though.
My rising sign is Sagittarius and His Venus is in Sagittarius as well. His rising is taurus.
Does these relate to anything?

You compliment each other nicely. The sign a man's moon is in, that's the sort of woman he is looking for. Your moon is in Cancer, opposite his sun, another attraction. His venus is on your rising sign, he probably finds you pretty. I don't know if you have ever seen "Survivor," but the only married couple from the show are Rob (Capricorn) and Amber (Leo). Been a few years and they are going strong.
