Are October Libra's different than September Libra's?

I was born September 27th and I have met a few people/relatives who were born in October and are the same sign as me... well their personality (to me) doesn't fit the normal libra tendencies.. such as sensitive, charming , does not like confrontations, sort of easing going, etc... Some October Libra's that I have met have sharp tongue and very blunt and just mean (not all but the ones I have dealt with). I am not at all like that beause I don't want to hurt anyones feelings, so I try to be cautious about how I talk to people. I was just curious. Also how would I find my moon sign??? (thanks for the nice answers in advance) :-) see what I mean....

That is because we are more than our sun sign. We are influenced by not only the day of our birth, but the year, time of day, and location.

At it's best, it is the foreign diplomat who forges peace talks between nations at war.
At it's worst, it is the double spy, carrying secrets between two countries which could bring devestation.

See how this is one energy and it can be used positively or negatively?

Energy runs the gambit form White to Black and all shades of Gray in between.
