I see that there will be the real possibility of freak weather for some years. Hot for some then changing to bitterly cold.
Unusual conditions during summer and winter.
Any other met astro forcaster out there.

Ooh, such a lovely question! It would, of course, depend on exactly where planets are doing interesting "shadows" on Earth. I suppose that since Saturn (weather) is leaving Leo (heat) and entering Virgo (varying between drought and flood), the general idea is that the Earth will have too little/too much water depending on area. Because Virgo is an Earth element, as is Capricorn, I can see changes in temperature as well.

Also Moon positions result in sudden weather changes. There's a scientist out there who predicts earthquakes depending on the strength of New and Full Moons (Jim Berkland).

The Old Farmer's Almanac purports to predict the weather. I'm not sure of their accuracy. Horoscope Magazine has a feature that details the weekly aspects, and sometimes this includes weather predictions.
