This guy i know was born December 19,1989 at 12:09 a.m
They say the cusps of saggi/cappi is december 18-january23
If thats so his rising is virgo
and his sun is both saggi and cappi
along with a virgo moon?
What do you get?How would you describe him,He's a earth/fire in element i know that.

In 1989, Saggitarius ended on December 20. Therefore, there's no doubt he's a Saggitarius. He's not a Capricorn. The reason why some magazines and newspapers end the signs on different dates is because every year that day is different. On one year Saggitarius ends on the 19 for example, the 20 on another etc. They just can't list the ends of each sign for every year for the last 100 years ya know. It would take up way too much space, and then for all 12 signs!!!
Also, I did put all the info in and since you didn't give me a birth place, his rising sign could well be in Libra not Virgo. It's so close by like a degree!! And Libra and Virgo are WAY different. Give me the birth place so I could know for sure. Because if he is Virgo rising, he is shy. But if he's libra rising he will be outgoing and better looking.
