im a pisces and for me to get motivated someone has to be on me at all times. ask me did i do what i was supposed to do...sit there with me and make me do it otherwise it will not get done (we pisces have a million things going on in our heads and dont know how to apply attention to just one thing, therefore nothing gets done or it rarely gets done). let her know how important whatever ur trying to motivate her on is. by u speaking on it every chance u get we will eventually get the job done (not because we want to at that moment, because we are tired of u talking about it, lol)........we just need someone to remind us alot.
as for self esteem, just reassure her that she is what u want. i go through spells also when i have low self esteem but its usually due to something i am over analyzing. compliment her and if she tells u exactly what her problem is try to give her solutions to the problem and work on it with her....this will boost it bk up and she will know that u are truely there for her :-)
