Well let's say I'm a Libran. Between September and October 22, can we say that my sign has its affects on me more than any other months? I mean every year when I'm in that timeline, can my sign's general features be seen on me more? or does my birth time only affect my status in the year I was born and not later on? (Sorry this sounds complicated but it just came to my mind)

i'm not a libran by the way (leo) =) the question goes for all signs in the Zodiac.

This is a very complicated question. All I know is that I was once married to a Libra. I don't recall any difference in him in January, June or October. He was the same all year long.
