Could it be kinda true?

Ok this might sound wierd, but I do really believe that astrology has something to do with personalities. I don't think its 100% reliable or study it as a religion or anything, but I do think it does clue you in to why you might be feeling a certain way that day or give you a teeny bit of insight of what to do next if your faced with something challenging. I mean even the chinese calendar seems to me a little true. My mom is a Virgo in astrology, but a snake in the chinese calendar. Shes got those personality extremes like she can be sweet one minute to me and lash out at my stepdad the next. Who knows, I just know what I read, but does anyone else feel like this?
