Virgo can retreat into themselves and it has nothing to do with you. Even the most loving Virgos will do this on occasion, so it doesn't necessarily mean that there is someone else. Just that he isn't ready to reach out to you in the manner you wish. Be patient, don't push, but do be visible, friendly, and warm.
