It depends upon your software platform - Mac or IBM clone.
For Mac - there's Io and TimePassages.
For IBM clone:
One of the very first ones out there is Blue*Star by Matrix of Michigan. It was coded & written for one of the very first IBM pcs and it was by astrologers who happened to be rather good with math.
There's Kepler and Solar Fire.
There is usually a review of Astrology Software in the Mountain Astrologer magazine - found in most bookstores in the USA. It is published on the bi-monthly cycle - Jun/Jly, Aug/Sep.

After you get by his sales pitches for his astrology reports, there's a bunch of software for sale.
I've been with Matrix for over 15 years and enjoy its expanded database of places around the world to handle international travelers seeking consultations. It does things I've never found a teacher who was versed in the information that evidently quite a few astrologers are currently using to prepare for their consultation.
