Is it possible to be the mirror-image sign since I have a twin?

My twin-sister and I are mirror-image twins. If you don't know what this is, it's when you look at each other, it's like looking in the mirror -- our hair naturally parts on opposite sides, our moles are in the exact same place but on opposite sides of the body, etc. She is a Taurus through and through. I identify more with Scorpio. Scorpio and Taurus are opposite in the zodiac. Could I really be a scorpio or is this ridiculous?

One of the rare points discussed in a natal chart is the Earth point. It is directly opposite the Sun's position in the chart. So, perhaps you do resonate with that Earth point sign more than your sister does.

Since you know very well that you and your sister are individual and unique souls, how each of you interpret your astrology chart is up to you. I am aware of one twin who was debilitated in energy by a transit as a young girl child where her twin sister did not have the same experience at all.

Dig into your natal chart further and see what else is in Scorpio (could be Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and so on). Or if one of your planets is conjunct the ruler of Pluto, that would create an overlay of Scorpio/Pluto to that planet. Yes, your sister has the same conjunction, so again we are back to just how each of you is working with your natal charts' potential influences.
