Are gemini's generally a romantic sign?

i know gemini's aren't the most romantic sign of the zodiac like some other signs are (cancer, libra, scorpio). gemini's are supposed to be fun-loving and goofy with their partner right? but i'm a gemini and i find myself in moments where i just can't help but be a romanitc sweet heart. i like by bf alot and i'm very romantic around him. i don't know why that is. maybe it's because i have libra as my moon sign. can someone please tell me if it's normal for a gemini to be romantic alot to their partner?

I read venus in gemini can be charmers but i don't know about the sun sign and its involvment with romance..
