In depth research that I have just done in my shed for crime figures in the UK reveals that the incidence of criminal conviction across the different star signs compares pretyy much EXACTLY to the incidence of people born under that star sign. Therefore if (say) 9.2 % of people in the UK are Capricorns, then the percentage of offenders who are Capricorn is approx 9.2%. Amazing that, isn't it???
